A1:Tell us what model and quantity you need → Get Latest Quotation → Confirm order details → Reach Trading Intention → Tell us shipping address and contact telephone No. → We will send the order PI to you→ Arrange the payment → Arrange production after confirmation of payment or deposit → Ship out the goods in 1-2 business days (Sample order), and regular orders 7-15 workding days.

Q2: How do we make the payment?
A2: We accept Paypal, T/T (pay by bank). Please do only pay to the official accounts authorized by Sinocigs.

Q3: What’s the delivery time?
A3: The delivery time is normally 2-4 working days for samples after payment received. 7-15 working days for regular orders which depends on quantities.

Q4: How would the goods be shipped?
A4: We ship via DHL, UPS, TNT, Fedex normally, and ePacket for small retail products.
